Happy 4 years!

Chris, I am so grateful that five years ago you decided to approach me. And I am thankful that you decided to actually take me out when you did. :) I didn't know it then, but you were my perfect match. You truly have made me a better person. Sometimes I am in awe when I think about how our story played out. I know that we were meant for each other. I am so lucky to have you as my eternal companion. It gives me so much comfort to think about how no matter what happens in this life and beyond, I will have you. I know that together we can go through anything and come out better people. I am so blessed to have had you by my side when we have already gone through trials together. You make the tough times bearable. I love that no matter what, you can make me laugh. I love that when I am stubborn you can break me. You understand me. You know me better than any other person on this earth. I know I can trust you with anything. I also want to thank you for never judging me. I don't think you have ever said anything bad about me. You love me for who I am, flaws and all. I can never express how much it means to me that I can trust you. I know you are 100% loyal. I never have to worry about you when you are not around me because I know you are the same person whether you are around me or not. That means the world to me. You are the greatest husband and father I could ever imagine. I don't know how I was blessed to have you, but I am truly grateful that I do. I love you, and I am so happy that we have the rest of eternity together. Happy Anniversary!

I can't believe that four years ago Chris and I were married. We have known each other for five years now. We have been through so much together in such a short amount of time. I never thought five years ago that I would be married with two kids, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I am so happy where we are at.

We couldn't wait to give each other our gifts so we did it the day before.
Chris got me the camera that we took all of the pictures with! I have wanted a little camera forever! It is so much easier to pack around, and now I can have a camera with me almost everywhere!

I got Chris some badly needed gym shorts for running and a U of U hat that he has wanted ever since we got married. And also a few new ties.
And of course Clara had to open all of the presents. :)
I also gave Chris a photo book. In it I put a little bit of our story along with the pictures. It goes through us dating, our wedding, finding out we were pregnant, to now having two kids. It turned out really nice.

We had a great anniversary. We dropped off the kids at Gaga and Papa's house (my parents), and headed off to have dinner. We decided to go to Tepanyaki. Oh it was so delicious! And I always love to watch the amazing cooks.


Next we went to Hale Center Theater to see a play. It was "A Tale of Two Cities". I always enjoy watching plays at Hale and I am so happy that I have a husband that will go and actually enjoy it as well.



It was so nice to have a night out and spend time together. Life gets crazy with kids, work, and church etc. It is nice to get to just relax and have a good time with my husband.
