Mexico Family Vacation 2012

Our good friends David and Michelle invited our family to go with them to Mexico. We were all so excited. This would be the kids first big vacation and first time on a plane. It took preparation to get passports and everything in order. Since Chris travels so much we used his points and only had to pay for one plane ticket! I was a little stressed about the plane ride since Liam can hardly sit for 2 minutes, but they did alright. Above are the pictures we had done on the beach while we were here.

 When we got there our room wasn't quite ready so we relaxed in the gigantic, beautiful lobby. It was probably the most beautiful resort I have ever seen!

 The kids enjoyed the huge bath and the bubble bath provided!

 We went down to the beach and the talented Michelle took our pictures. It was in Mexico that we figured out that Clara is allergic to mosquitos, hence the red marks on her face.

 This was a hand towel and Chris wrapped it around Liam after his bath. We had a good laugh.

 They are typical brother and sister.

 There was a spot on the beach with just rocks and shells and Liam would not walk normal on them. He walked on all fours.

 On a walk we saw a snake in the water.

 They had two huge wave pools that made the PERFECT spot for the kids to play.

 Liam came down with a fever and was pretty miserable.

We had so much fun as a family and with our good friends. We can't wait to go back and visit again! Clara actually still mentions Mexico all the time and it has been over a year! She said that is what she wanted to do for her next birthday. Good luck Clara!
