Loving Life

I still need to be better at updating this. Well, let's see what has happened in the last month? Christmas and New Years were great, we had a lot of fun just spending time with our families over the holidays. We are so lucky to have family so close. My parents got us a video camera for Christmas so we can record the pregnancy and our new little girl when she comes. It is so great! Chris dyed his hair..just a little darker, he looks so good! And we have just been working away at our jobs! Our main focus has been our coming addition to the family. We basically spent our holiday time off preparing the nursery. We have been so blessed to have family giving us furniture to put in the nursery, and we happened to have just the dresser we needed that the previous owners left when we moved in. Now it was not something nice to look at but with a fresh coat of paint it is actually pretty cute! So we have been painting walls, furniture, frames, and I even did some actual paintings for her room! I am trying to drag it out as long as possible so these last three months don't go by so slowly. We just can't wait to have her here in our family! But I have decided that I am so happy right now. I love being married to Chris and spending all the time I can with him. And although I am SO excited to have Clara here, I want to enjoy these last few months with just Chris and I. I mean if you think about it, this is the last time for a LONG time that we can just leave the house whenever to go wherever. This is the last time for a long time that we will have so much peace and quiet in our home. And this could be the last bit of time that we get to sleep the whole night through. And I truly am so happy right now. I think this is the best time of pregnancy, I feel pretty good, I can feel her moving all over inside, and just the excitement of her coming to our family is so much fun! I will try to post some pictures of the nursery and my rapidly growing stomach (well and everywhere else seems to be rapidly growing too ;) But that aside, like WAY to the side, I really love being pregnant now. It is so interesting to keep seeing how life turns out. I never thought I would be married and be having our first child at the ripe old age of 21! But life is great and we are just enjoying every moment of it.
