It's a girl!

So a few weeks ago we went to get our ultrasound to find out how the baby is growing..and to find out the gender. We were anticipating it with so much excitement, that day I almost couldn't take it! It was so amazing to see our little baby growing inside. Chris and I had felt the entire time that we were going to have a little girl, and we were right! I wanted to be totally sure so I asked the lady doing the ultrasound how sure she was that our baby was a girl. She said that we got a pretty good view and that she was 98 percent sure. I can't even explain how happy and excited Chris and I are to have our little girl. The past two weeks have been so much fun looking for things for the nursery and cute outfits for our baby girl. It makes it so much more fun to know what we are having. And to see our baby is so amazing. The entire ultrasound she was on her head with her body wrapped around on top of her with her feet behind her head, it looked so uncomfortable! But it was so fun to see. I guess we will have to put her in gymnastics! And the really funny thing is the week before Chris was talking to my belly and telling her that she should make sure to put her feet up and spread her legs so we could get a good view. She listens to Daddy!
I am now 22 weeks pregnant and I am really enjoying it now. Most of the sickness is gone and I seem to have more energy, and best of all I can feel her moving and kicking. It is the most amazing feeling. And a few nights ago Chris got to feel her kicking from the outside! This is just such a wonderful time in our lives.
