I love September because it is the month of great weather. Not too hot and not too cold. So I tried to take the kids out as much as possible since they both love outside. So we went to the park a bunch. Below is Clara playing with some neighbor friends at the park.
And since Liam couldn't walk yet he just crawled under all of the picnic tables.
We also decided to get a pass to the Living Planet Aquarium so we could go this winter too.
This was their first time there. They both loved it!
Measuring up to the penguins! The penguins were both of their favorite part. Mine too! It was so fun to watch them jump in and out of the water and dart around in the water.
So a few months ago Clara and I watched Soul Surfer. She kept wanting me to rewind the show to the part of the shark. And now she is kind of obsessed with sharks. Every night when I tell her to have sweet dreams she tells me "I am going to dream about sharks". At first I was thinking it would be bad dreams, but she has never complained! So she loves sharks!
We also got to see a trianchula. Yuck! Clara didn't like the spider so much.

We also love going to the library. It is so cute to see Clara make up words and stories in the book and read out loud to herself.
And there are lots of toys to keep them occupied as well.

After we finish at the library we always stop ouside at the "music". They are tiles with chimes below them and when you step on them (or in Clara's case jump on them), they make music! She loves it!
I had some food storage sitting in the kitchen and I found Clara with her legs crossed(which she does often), while eating her cereal. So cute!
My Liam with a sweet mohawk! It was after a bath one day and Clara grabbed our fire escape bat and started running around with it and Liam thought it was fun to chase her. It is one of my favorite things to watch them play and giggle together.
I think the next few posts are giong to be random, and I will be back-tracking because I realized I skipped a whole lot!
